Not all landscape, snow removal, handyman providers are made the same. Make sure you ask them if they have liability insurance AND workman’s compensation insurance. Even if you hire that nice neighborhood person that is a few less dollars per service, if something accidentally happens on your property while they are servicing it, you will be financially responsible for injury and property damage incurred. Also make sure they are paying all applicable mandated taxes!
